Animation: lines of a meeting transcript condense into action cards that fly onto the Game Plan board and move from To do through In progress to Done.

From Teams meetings to work in motion

Walk out of the meeting already moving.

Teams records and Copilot summarizes. htgr does the part after: it pulls out every decision and action, ties them to the project, and puts the work on your board, so you start on it instead of sifting for it.

Five jobs off your plate, in the order you did them.

Each step does work you used to do by hand after a meeting, and each one builds on the step before. You start at the end of the list.

Why htgr

Why did we drop dual-write?

Reconciliation was judged more expensive than the risk it removed, so the migration went behind a flag instead 1. The original schema decision it replaced was taken in March 2.

Answers with receipts.

Ask across every meeting in plain language when you need the why. Each answer cites the meeting it came from, so you can check the exact moment a decision was made.

Every meeting, turned into work with an owner.

htgr reads the Teams transcript and writes the summary, the decisions, the action items with owners and due dates, and the risks worth watching, then files it all under the project it belongs to.

Summary

The team dropped dual-write for the importer and will ship it behind a feature flag. Rollout planning and scope confirmation are assigned; SSO readiness at Acme is a risk to the pilot.

Game Plan

Start in motion, not in your notes.

Every action item from every meeting lands in To do on your personal board, with the meeting it came from. Automations route new work and flag what slips, so the next move is waiting when you sit down.
