How billing works
Seats are counted from active workspace members and live invitations. Owners can change the plan from settings; paid billing and seat proration are not connected yet.
Spend caps
Every AI call is metered against a workspace cap that an owner sets. Past the cap the assistant pauses, while Find and transcript capture continue.
Access and cancellation
New workspaces are currently approved directly. Checkout, invoices, and cancellation flows are not connected yet; contact us to choose the right plan.
